Expenses include power, water, wireless internet and furniture for your bedroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished (double bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, and even duvet, linen, towels, heater, etc…are also provided). $500 Bond, 3-month minimum stay Ideal flatmates are young professional or tertiary students in their mid-20s to mid-30s. It's a friendly and homey place.
