There is a separate laundry room with dryer, washer, and spare fridge. The room has a heat pump if you’re cold or too hot. The bathroom is modern and beautiful. You’ll live with three independent women - super quirky, old soul, quite busy, but will make time to check on each other. Ideally looking for a fourth female in their late 20s to late 30s but as it's short term I am open. The house never feels over crowded as we all travel a lot of go out on evenings/ weekends. Strictly no pets, couples or smokers. As we have a fortnightly cleaner there are no major chores, perfect for the busy woman. I am heading away to Bali for a few months and will only be renting my room if I find a good fit and if the person passes a check with the landlord.
