I paid by internet or phone banking
When you make an internet or phone banking payment, the money is deducted from your bank account straight away. Due to bank processing times, we don't receive this payment until the following business day.
Payments made after 7:00 pm on a weekday may not appear for two business days.
Note: If a payment is made after 7:00 pm on Friday it will not be processed by the bank until Monday evening, meaning we won't receive it until Tuesday morning.
We credit all payments received into our account by 9:00 am, Tuesday–Saturday.
