The Spa Guys is a well-established spa and pool retail, servicing, parts and repair business.
We’re looking for a Financial Controller & Operations Manager to handle daily operations, financial management, and logistics—ensuring smooth workflows and financial stability.
This is a key role suited to someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Operations Management: *Oversee daily business operations and process improvements *Coordinate between teams to maintain smooth workflows *Manage inventory, ordering, and logistics
Financial Control & Accounting: *Handle invoicing, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable *Monitor cash flow, reporting, and financial tracking *Process payroll & staff leave records
Customer & Supplier Management: *Liaise with suppliers to manage orders and stock levels *Oversee customer inquiries and ensure smooth order fulfilment
General Administration & Compliance: *Maintain accurate financial and business records *Provide reports and insights to management *Ensure compliance with tax regulations
What We’re Looking For: *Experience in financial management, accounting, or operations *System expertise – Comfortable with 3PI's, multi-currency reconciliations, and payroll *Highly organized & detail-oriented – You thrive on structure and efficiency *Strong communication skills – Confident working with suppliers, customers, and internal teams *Proactive problem-solver *Able to multitask & prioritize effectively
Bonus: Experience in retail, service, or spa/pool industries is an advantage.
