About the role: Reporting to the Business Support Lead, you'll provide essential business and finance administration support. Your responsibilities will include customer and network invoicing, managing aged debtors, raising purchase orders, reconciling financials prior to project close-out, analysing data, and preparing journals. You'll also lend a hand with Work In Progress (WIP) processes and provide general administrative support to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Commercial and Project Managers with accurate financial reconciliations and reporting
- Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and financial documentation
- Assisting with month-end processes including WIP reviews
- Providing administrative support including filing, records management, and team coordination
- Building effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Upholding health, safety, quality and environmental standards in everything you do
About you:
- At least 2 years' finance administration experience
- Strong financial management and reconciliation skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy team environment
- A proactive approach with the ability to show initiative and professionalism
- Diploma in Accounting preferred, but not essential
