Machinery Operators for Wairuna Agri-Services

Wairuna Agri-Services are expanding our team and are seeking motivated individuals for both full-time and seasonal positions as machinery operators. Join us in operating our cutting-edge sprayers, direct drills and other machinery helping us grow great crops and pastures for our clients in a collaborative and learning team environment.

About us We collaborate closely with our mixed arable farming operation, Wairuna Farm, ensuring an engaging and dynamic work atmosphere with diverse teams and top-of-the-line equipment.

Equipment You could be Operating *Brand new Horsch Leeb VT self-propelled sprayer – looking for a full time operator ASAP *4504 Amazone Pantera self-propelled sprayer with a 36m boom (capable of spraying 30m and 24m) *Two Mitsubishi Canter trucks equipped with Richard's Custom Machinery spray packs featuring 24m booms *Arion 660 Claas tractor operating mounted Amazone sprayer and tow & fert *Arion 660 Claas tractor drilling with a Horsch avatar direct drill *Axion Claas 930 tractor for contract direct drilling with a cross slot drill *Range of other equipment from the farm potentially as well as general farm work as required/keen to do.

All equipment is operated using a TopCon terminal with automatic section control, and job management is streamlined through Tabula—eliminating tedious paperwork at the end of your shift.
