The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Mitsubishi Wellington, guiding our customers through the exciting process of purchasing a vehicle. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Building rapport and strong relationships with prospective customers.

Understanding customer needs and matching them with the perfect Mitsubishi vehicle.

Conducting test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.

Negotiating sales and preparing all necessary documentation.

Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Mitsubishi products, services, and promotions.

Providing exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer loyalty.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry (but not essential if you have transferable skills and a genuine interest).

A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A confident and persuasive personality with strong negotiation abilities.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software.

A valid and clean New Zealand driver's license is essential.

A passion for cars and the Mitsubishi brand is a definite plus!
