Christchurch is looking for a capable and commercially minded Used Car Sales Manager to lead our high-performing used vehicle department.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a top-performing used car sales team
- Proactively buying and managing stock to meet sales targets and margins
- Applying smart pricing and marketing strategies to maximise profitability
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term loyalty
- Working closely with service and finance departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
What we're looking for:
- Proven success in vehicle sales—used car experience is essential
- Buying experience, or confidence and commercial acumen to pick it up quickly
- Strong leadership skills or ambition to step into a management role
- Results-focused mindset with a sharp eye for margin and opportunity
