About the Role
Reporting to the Used Vehicle Manager, you'll be part of a focused and committed sales team that values initiative, professionalism, and teamwork. This role is all about relationship building - connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering a world-class experience from first contact through to delivery.
This is a full-time position, with weekend work on a rostered basis.
What You'll Bring
- Proven automotive sales experience (essential)
- A customer-focused approach and genuine passion for helping people
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Exceptional personal presentation
- A proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A Full NZ Drivers Licence
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
