We specialise in roofing, waterproofing, and cladding solutions across the Auckland region, with a reputation for high-quality workmanship and reliable service.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career Quantity Surveyor who is keen to learn and develop in the construction industry. You'll work closely with our experienced team to support the commercial and operational delivery of projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with pricing and estimating metal and Membrane roofing, cladding, flashings and tanking. 
• Preparing and reviewing project documentation, budgets, and variations.
• Supporting project setup, subcontractor engagement, and contract management.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications 
• Prepare accurate take-offs and quotes
• Support senior leadership as required

What we're looking for:

• A relevant tertiary qualification (or working towards one) in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills.
• Good understanding of measurements, plans and drawings
• Experience with Ground Plan and Fergus an advantage
• Experience or exposure to cladding and finishing trades will be an advantage, but not essential.
