Description

You'll be on the tools across all sorts, drainage, subdivision work, site scraps, and even some pretty cool projects like playgrounds and skateparks around Central Otago. We've got plenty of work lined up, and we're on the lookout for a solid machine operator to jump in and get amongst it.

If you're handy on the digger, not afraid of a bit of graft, and keen to mix it up day-to-day, this is definitely worth checking out. You'll be joining a tight crew that backs each other on and off the field.

This is a full time permanent role, with a reputable company, looking to expand their team.

Role:

Is for a skilled operator with solid experience in the civil and general excavation game. Whether you're cutting site pads, loading out bulk, trimming up for finish, or digging around live services, you'll need to be sharp on the controls and always switched on when it comes to health and safety.

Most of the gear you'll be operating ranges between 5T and 20T, so confidence across different machines is key. If you've got a Class 4 or 5 license in the back pocket, even better - it'll definitely give you the edge.

What we are looking for:

  • Skilled machine operator with proven experience
  • Current WTR and Class 2-5 (bonus)
  • Understand the importance of Health & Safety
  • Good communication skills
  • Not afraid to get stuck in (Overtime hours if wanted)
  • Be able to work in a team or individually
