Are you an experienced Civil Worker looking for full-time work with a company that values and supports its team?
We’re partnering with a reputable company in Porirua who is expanding their workforce. They're seeking reliable, skilled civil workers to join their growing team.
What’s on Offer: Full-time hours (Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday & night shifts - depending on the project) Supportive, experienced team environment Long-term opportunities for the right people
You’ll ideally have experience in the following areas: Operating machinery (excavators, rollers, etc.) Site preparation and general civil construction Road construction, pavement, and kerbing Pipe laying, trenching, and drainage
We’re Looking for Candidates Who: Have 1+ years of hands-on civil construction experience Hold a Class 2 licence or higher (a strong advantage) Can pass a drug test Are willing to undergo a Ministry of Justice background check Are physically fit, reliable, and ready to work Are flexible with working hours as projects require
