Job Summary: Enterprise is seeking skilled and reliable Class 2/4 / Concrete Workers to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will work on a range of projects, including foundations, slabs, curbing, sidewalks, and structural concrete. We are looking for team players with strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formwork, placing, finishing, and curing of concrete
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools (screeds, vibrators, trowels, saws, etc.)
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete materials according to project specifications
- Strip and clean forms and tools after use
- Follow blueprints and layouts under supervision
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and complies with building codes
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
- Assist with site setup, material handling, and general labour as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Class 2/4 Concrete Certification (or equivalent proven experience)
- WTR - advantageous
- 2+ years of hands-on concrete experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of concrete mix types, setting times, and environmental factors
- Ability to read construction drawings and follow instructions
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and working in various weather conditions
