A leading tier 2 contractor specializing in facades for high-rise buildings is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their growing team.
The Role: As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you'll spearhead complex facade projects for CBD high-rises, leveraging your expertise in traffic management, scaffolding, and logistics. Your role will be crucial in ensuring project success from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management for high-rise facade installations
- Develop and implement comprehensive traffic management plans for CBD projects
- Coordinate scaffolding operations to ensure safe and efficient work at height
- Manage complex logistics for material delivery and storage in urban environments
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and safety
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record managing large-scale facade projects for high-rise buildings
- Extensive experience in traffic management and logistics within CBD environments
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to solve complex problems and make critical decisions under pressure
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related field
