Remarkable People are looking for experienced residential or commercial Site and Project Managers to join an established team in Queenstown.
The role will include leading a team of carpenters, labourers and trade partners on site, whilst working with a Quantity Surveyor on Residential and Commercial projects.
Role Description:
- Planning and managing all areas of the construction project.
- Leading and managing Health & Safety in all aspects.
- Leading cost control and budget reporting.
- Meeting Key Performance Objectives of the project.
- Focus on quality and sustainability.
- Construction duties if and when required, and compliance to policies, procedures, relevant building codes.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain a high service quality.
Role Requirements:
- Familiarity with using project management software.
- Must have relevant NZ or AUS project management experience.
- Proven planning & program management experience.
- High-end Residential & commercial experience.
- Experience in leading and managing a crew of construction and trade teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Finance and budgeting skills
