We're on the look out for a hands-on Project Manager who's great at keeping things running smoothly on-site and behind the scenes. If you've got experience in project management, know your way around a construction site, and have a proven track record of delivering, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, equipment, and staff by working closely with other project managers and the transport manager.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Monitoring progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Lead site meetings and liaise with clients and contractors
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the earthmoving or civil construction industry
- Strong understanding of earthworks, site preparation, and heavy machinery operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Valid driver’s licence
