About The Role: We're on the hunt for a skilled Drainage Supervisor to lead the charge on deep drainage and large-scale infrastructure projects in sunny Nelson. You'll be running the show on complex works like reservoirs, river crossings, and large-diameter pipe installs (250mm-600mm) using concrete, steel, PVC, and HDPE. If you're practical, confident in your crew leadership, and ready to take ownership of high-profile projects, this is the role for you.
Salary: $110,000 per year
Location: Nelson, Tasman Region

What You Will Be Doing:
- Supervising deep drainage works (250mm-600mm pipe)
- Overseeing installs of concrete, steel, PVC, and HDPE pipeline
- Managing crews on reservoirs, river crossings, and civil projects
- Planning daily work activities and coordinating resources
- Leading H&S on-site and reporting to project stakeholders
What We Require:
- Experience leading drainage crews on large-scale civil jobs
- Deep drainage knowledge and hands-on capability
- Confident working with various pipe materials
- Strong communicator with project managers and engineers
- H&S-focused with leadership experience
- Full Class 2 licence preferred
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
