We are looking for a working foreman for a civil company based out of Otahuhu that is experienced and comfortable running small crews of 2-4 guys at a time, happy to jump on the tools, and has a strong cost-efficiency mindset when making decisions.
Experience and attitude are equally important for this role. The jobs are varied and include block work, concrete work, streetscapes, ducting installation, reinstatement works and more!
You'll be running jobs ranging from $9k - $90k in value, so cost efficiency is everything.

What you'll get:
- Work with a company that looks after their staff and values mentoring their junior staff
- Competitive pay rates depending on your skill level - up to $40 per hour for a capable foreman
- Willing to look at supervisors that are happy to jump on the tools
- Ongoing work with strong forward workload
- Shifts Monday to Friday, usually 7:30am-4:30pm (can vary depending on projects)
What you'll need:
- Experience with running teams of 2-4 people
- Be experienced in concrete, ducting, reinstatement and other general civil jobs
- Cost efficiency / productivity mindset (cost mindfulness when making decisions)
- A fantastic attitude and willingness to jump on a shovel when needed
- Must be okay with working occasional stretches of night shifts
