We are seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman to oversee and manage drainage projects in Christchurch. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in drainlaying, leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
About the Role Supervise and lead a team of drainlayers and labourers, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of drainage projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect and monitor work progress and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and project plans
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports
About you
- Proven experience as a Drainage Foreman- Certified Drainlayer with relevant qualifications
- Strong knowledge of drainage systems and installation techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Full Class 1 Driver’s License with W, T, R endorsements.
