Description
We're on the lookout for an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join a well-established civil contractor working across a range of roading and infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading traffic management crews and ensuring safe and compliant worksites.
What you'll be doing:**
- Setting up, monitoring, and maintaining traffic management sites
- Supervising and supporting traffic management crews
- Ensuring all worksites meet CoPTTM and health & safety requirements
- Completing site audits and ensuring paperwork is up to date
- Working closely with project teams to support delivery of civil works
What we're looking for:**
- Current STMS qualification (Cat A/B/C practising)
- Full Class 1 driver's license (Class 2 preferred)
- Proven experience in traffic management and civil works
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to health, safety, and compliance
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing site needs
