Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Teacher who loves to inspire and support a team of kaiako? Do you have an impressive range of skills and knowledge in ECE? Do you possess outstanding leadership capabilities?
We are on the lookout for a Team Leader to join our Busy Bees Pakuranga team! As a Team Leader, you will be the heart of our team, guiding and supporting our passionate kaiako to provide an exceptional educational experience for our tamariki.
About us: As a trusted early learning centre in Pakuranga, we’re passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where your tamariki can thrive. We’re proud to be part of the local community and offer a place where families feel valued, supported, and confident in their child’s early development. We offer regular visits to the library and our local primary school as part of incorporating our localised curriculum. We are also fortunate to have our very own mini hall, that we visit during centre operational hours to extend various learning experiences for our children.
What skills are we looking for?
- Committed to providing high quality education and care for all tamariki
- Passion for recognizing and documenting tamariki growth and emerging interest through programme planning and writing learning stories
- Engaged in ongoing learning and contribute to a supportive and welcoming team culture
- A can do and solution-based attitude
- A passion for creating environments that inspires our children to play, learn and grow
- An ECE qualification and valid Practising Certificate in New Zealand
