About the Role
AWF is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to fill a variety of labour roles for our valued clients. These roles span across multiple industries and offer opportunities for both entry-level and experienced workers. If you're physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role, duties may include:
Manual handling and lifting of materials or equipment
Operating basic tools and machinery
Assisting tradespeople or site supervisors
Loading and unloading goods
Site clean-up and general maintenance
Following health and safety protocols at all times
Working indoors or outdoors in varying conditions
Requirements
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
Reliable transport to and from work
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Good communication skills
Safety boots and appropriate PPE (can be provided if needed)
Previous experience in labouring or similar roles is a bonus but not essential
