What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the go-to technical drafting expert, supporting our engineering and production teams by:
- Creating precise, high-quality technical drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD, Inventor, and Vault
- Digitising files to seamlessly integrate with plasma cutting software
- Playing a key role in quality control, ensuring all drawings and documents meet exacting standards
- Participating in quality audits and helping improve processes
- Assisting with tender responses by providing detailed technical drawings
- Supporting and training team members to build collective expertise
- Keeping the workshop safe and secure, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations
Who You Are
- Confident and proficient with Autodesk software, AutoCAD, Inventor & Vault are your tools of choice
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and tech-savvy
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to craftsmanship and accuracy
- Well-versed in quality systems and health & safety protocols in a workshop setting
- A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Solutions-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow
- Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion
