With over 90 staff and a newly built, state-of-the-art facility in Upper Hutt, they are one of the region’s most capable engineering workshops. They also have an Auckland service centre and teams based at major airports in Australia.

The Role We’re looking for a practical, organised Stores and Purchasing Team Leader to manage the end-to-end stores and procurement function at the Upper Hutt site. You’ll ensure the timely delivery and availability of materials for production, lead a small team, and keep the inventory and purchasing processes running smoothly. This is a key role in ensuring production deadlines are met and stock is well managed.

  • Strong understanding of procurement, stock control, and supply chain processes
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Great organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to get one)

  • Able to pass a drug test and police check

Health, Safety & Quality The company places a strong focus on safety and quality. You’ll be expected to follow health and safety policies; help identify improvements and maintain tidy and hazard-free work areas.
