- A genuine interest in mechanical systems, MIG welding, fabrication, and engineering
- Strong practical skills and a willingness to learn
- A team player with a great attitude and attention to detail
- Someone considering or ready to begin an apprenticeship in the trades or engineering field
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Full drivers licence
