Join us to lead and manage one of our flagship programmes - Y Outdoors Camps. At YMCA Central, we are super proud to have a positive impact on kids and families through their experiences at our Kaitoke and Raukawa Camps. We have a unique programme offering in our region and now have the chance for an experienced manager to lead us to making an even bigger impact.

We have outdoors expertise within the team so while some experience in this environment will be an advantage, above all, we’re looking for somebody who has:
- Exceptional people management skills
- Skills to balance the day-to-day operations of a business unit, from services and programmes to facilities, staffing and customer relationships
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
If you are an experienced manager of a business unit or similar and can demonstrate your ability to lead with focus and strength, AND you believe in the benefit of outdoors experience for kids, we'd love to hear from you.
