A fixed term opportunity has become available for an experienced Cook at our Oakland Facility in Tauranga.
You will be responsible for assisting with cooking in our on-site, commercial kitchen and ensure that all nutritional requirements are met.
About the Role:
- Commencing mid October
- You will be providing nutritious and attractive meals to our residents
- Menu is on a 4 week rotation
- Ensuring excellent food hygiene practice at all times
- Cleaning up food preparation areas and kitchen
- Operating the dishwasher
- Handling food deliveries
About You:
- Savvy knowledge of food prep and safety
- Knowledge of food safety standards (167/168)
- Dedicated and reliable
- Caring nature and passionate about working with the elderly
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
