ALDEN RHAPSODY - PART-TIME KITCHEN HAND
Alden is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 19 residential facilities throughout New Zealand, and Alden Rhapsody is one of our locations in Lower Vogeltown, New Plymouth.
We have an opportunity for a Kitchen Hand, for 3 pm shifts and 2 am shifts per week. There is one weekend day a week required, and that is Sundays.
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable person who has a passion for the elderly and is looking for part-time work.
The purpose of the role covers the following functions:
- Reliability for weekends is required
- Provide kitchen support to the Kitchen Manager/Cook and team
- Assist in the provision of nutritious/ attractive meal services for residents that meet all food hygiene regulations
- Ensure all duties are carried out professionally at all times
