Weekend Cook, Fonterra Kapuni

Permanent Part Time 13 hours per week Saturday and Sunday, 6am – 1.00pm

Do you have a passion for delivering delicious food to your customers? We are looking for a reliable individual for our café located on site at the Fonterra factory in Kapuni, – a small settlement located about 20 minutes South of Stratford, in the Taranaki Basin.

Who you are:

• self-motivated with a strong customer focus and a passion for food
• friendly and engaging, hard-working and flexible
• have experience in food preparation, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• have experience in cafe and cafeteria style food service

What you’ll do:

• prepare cooked breakfast and lunch options as well as sweet and savoury cabinet items
• carry out food prep and baking
• serve café style food to customers
• operate EFTPOS and POS machines with a smile
• move and manage stock
• clean and do dishes
