Sometimes all it takes is a little encouragement to take the leap…and that’s where you come in! As our Thrill Adviser, you’ll be the ultimate hype person – jumping, swinging, and flying your way through the four Auckland AJ Hackett experiences, the Bridge Bungy Jump, Bridge Climb, SkyJump and SkyWalk. Don't live in AK? No worries - we'll get you there!
You’ll be equal parts motivational coach and hands-on helper, guiding nervous first-timers and seasoned daredevils alike as they strap in, breathe deep, and push their limits. Wearing a heart rate monitor, you’ll track how much each thrill spikes your nerves and share your findings with fellow thrill-seekers.
Your mission? Help people live more, fear less, and find the thrill that moves them most.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Nerves of steel
- A love for adventure and a can-do attitude
- The gift of the gab – you’re part motivational coach, part therapist, part comedian
- A love of heights, harnesses, and helping people live more
- A wandering spirit and be for a trip to Auckland (if they're not in AK already!)
Requirements:
- Valid to work in New Zealand
- Age 18+
- Provide character and professional references
- Upon submission, the applicant understands that finalists will be vetted via the Ministry of Justice for any criminal and traffic convictions
This is a multi-day contract commencing in July, in Auckland. Exact dates and duration to be confirmed with the lucky candidate!
