Description
We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our Salesforce platform. You'll handle core administration, support, and optimization. This role also involves working with stakeholders to understand their needs and implement practical Salesforce solutions and automations.
Here is what you can expect from this role:
- Responsible for the comprehensive administration and security of our Salesforce platform, encompassing user management (setups, profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules), system configurations (fields, page layouts, record types), and proactive monitoring of overall system health.
- Deliver high-quality, timely support to Salesforce users, effectively resolving issues, managing enhancement requests, and ensuring an excellent end-user experience.
- Develop and maintain robust declarative automations (primarily using Flow Builder, alongside workflows and validation rules) to streamline business processes and enhance system efficiency.
- Manage Salesforce data integrity and quality, implementing processes for data loading, cleansing, deduplication, backups, and creating insightful reports and dashboards.
- Lead the successful planning, testing, and execution of Salesforce seasonal release updates, ensuring seamless adoption of new features and system stability.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements, and translate these into well-defined Salesforce solution proposals.
- Design and implement effective Salesforce solutions, primarily leveraging standard functionality and declarative "clicks not code" approaches to meet defined business requirements.
What you will bring to our team:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of Salesforce administration: user management, security, data management, reports/dashboards, and workflow/flow automation.
- Experience administering in a Lightning environment.
- Experience managing Salesforce release cycles and deploying changes from sandboxes to production.
- Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader, Data Import Wizard) and techniques for maintaining data quality.
- Understanding of Salesforce’s data sharing model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing settings).
- Experience in creating and maintaining system documentation.
- Some experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other systems is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the core platform).
- Strong proficiency with the Lightning Experience, including creating and managing Lightning pages and apps.
- Proven ability in declarative automation tools, especially Flow Builder, as well as traditional workflow rules and process builder.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
