Ready to move up in warehousing? We’re on the lookout for someone with solid floor experience who’s keen to take the lead. If you’ve spent a few years in the warehouse, helped guide a team, and want more responsibility – this is your chance. The Role:
- Oversee and support a small team to keep operations on track
- Get involved in all areas – inwards goods, dispatch, stock, logistics
- Spot ways to improve how things run
- Be the link between the team and management
- Take ownership and help build a strong team culture What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years in a warehouse role
- Some experience leading or guiding others
- Forklift licence a bonus
- Strong communicator and self-starter
- Must be eligible to work in NZ What’s In It For You:
- $26–$28/hr starting rate, with room to grow
