Description

Adecco is partnering with our client to recruit a motivated Manufacturing Team Member to join their team in Te Rapa, Hamilton. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality goods are produced and delivered on time while upholding the company's values of Quality, Service, Efficiency, and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:**

* Produce and deliver manufactured goods to meet operational targets and quality standards.

* Follow and promote safe work practices, contributing to a positive safety culture.

* Perform various production tasks including cutting, pre-nail frames, prefabricated trusses, and yard duties.

* Complete accurate documentation including stock takes and damaged goods reports.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

Qualifications & Experience:**

* Driver's license and forklift license preferred but not mandatory.

Skills & Attributes:**

* Honest, reliable, and professional.

* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
