Job Description
We’re looking for a Mower Operator to join our team maintaining parks and public spaces across the bay of plenty. You’ll be responsible for operating ride-on mowers and other equipment to ensure a high standard of presentation.
Responsibilities
- Wide area and sports field Mowing, weed eating and spraying experience or similar preferred
- Turf renovation experience will be an advantage
- Full clean class 1 driver's licence, Class 2 will be an advantage
- Ability to complete time and run sheets, and some technical literacy to operate handheld electronic recording devices)
- Ability to follow operating runs, operate and maintain machinery without supervision
- Motivated to do a good job delivering quality results
Requirements
List qualifications and expectations:
- Full NZ driver licence (Class 1; Class 2 a bonus)
- Experience operating mowing equipment
- Physically fit and reliable
- Drug-free and able to pass pre-employment checks
Hours & Pay
- Full-time
- Pay range: $23.50–$23.80 hour depending on experience
