This full time role is to cover a team member on maternity leave and is offered as a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
We are seeking a professional, personable and energetic Operations Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Management Team.
We're looking for a driven and motivated individual, with great people skills.
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Strong technology and computer skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A friendly, helpful and enthusiastic attitude with a personable phone manner
- The ability to take initiative and think outside the box
- Excellent written & spoken English
- A bubbly personality with a sense of humour!
Previous experience in the Real Estate industry or Administration is an advantage but is not essential.
The role is primarily based at our Church Corner office, however you will also be required to provide cover at our other offices when required.
