We have a great online team and due to our click & collect supervisor heading off overseas on an adventure we need another leadership superstar to join us. The role at a glance:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our click and collect customers
- Accurately pick, scan and pack products into customer orders
- Assist the Click & Collect Manager with responding to customer queries or credits
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed and work allocated in the absence of the Click & Collect Manager
- Assisting with other tasks as directed by the Click & Collect Manager Assisting across other areas of the store as required
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a reliable person with great time management
- Have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
- Be detail focussed and have good mathematic skills
- Be physically fit - the role can be both busy and physically demanding
- Follow health and safety policy, food safety policy and compliance procedures in the store
- Have previous leadership experience, employing a positive pro-active approach to your interactions
- Previous online experience is desirable
Days and hours:
The role is Sunday - Thursday 42 hours total. Sun-Mon 5:00am-2:30pm & Tues-Thrs 7:00am-3:30pm
Remuneration is banded between $27-$28 p/hour

- All applicants must have the ability to work within NZ and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
