We're looking for motivated and reliable people to join our Grocery Team at New World Hobsonville! If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a supportive team, and take pride in keeping shelves full and the store looking great, this could be the perfect role for you.
Our Grocery Department plays a key part in delivering the excellent shopping experience our customers expect; ensuring shelves are well-stocked, aisles are tidy, and displays are inviting.
About the RoleWe have both full-time and part-time positions available, offering flexibility for the right candidates. You'll be responsible for:
- Filling and rotating stock
- Maintaining excellent presentation and merchandising standards
- Providing friendly service and helping customers when needed
- Supporting the Grocery Team Leader with day-to-day store operations
About YouWe're looking for team members who:
- Are reliable, hardworking, and take pride in their work
- Can work efficiently and safely in a physical, fast-paced environment
- Have great attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team
- Are available for early mornings, evenings, or weekends as rostered
- Have previous supermarket or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
