This new site will be home to an exciting new Chinese automotive brand entering the New Zealand market, alongside a wide range of high-quality used vehicles.
We're looking for a Sales Manager with a strong background in automotive sales and a passion for leading a high-performing team. You're not only skilled at selling but also a natural leader who builds strong, collaborative relationships with both customers and stakeholders by truly understanding their needs. Your focus will be on guiding your team to deliver a premium customer experience and maximise every sales opportunity.

What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record of retail automotive sales and sales management.
- Experience leading a high-performing, customer-focused team.
- Ability to develop people to reach their full potential.
- Customer focused with a passion for delivering an exceptional experience.
- Self-motivated, driven, and enjoy sharing success.
- Drive to exceed targets & thrive under pressure.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to speak English & Mandarin would be advantageous
- A full, clean NZ driver's licence and the right to work in New Zealand.
