Are you a skilled Butcher or Butchery Apprentice
We're looking for a dedicated and skilled team member to join our butchery department. If you're passionate about quality, take pride in your work, and enjoy working in a supportive and fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Must be able to work one day of the weekend
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified butcher or butcher apprentice with a deep understanding of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
- Is reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Has excellent communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Is able to adhere to compliance procedures, with Food safety and Health and Safety
- Has a good eye for detail, to present the product in our cabinets and takes pride in their work and can offer expert advice to our customers
- Can think on their feet, working in a fast paced environment
- Is physically fit, can manage to lift heavy boxes and able to be on their feet for long periods
