As Business Development Manager NZ you will be primarily responsible for increasing revenue by identifying and expanding business opportunities. You will be responsible for creating and enacting an ethical business strategy to expand existing relationships and identify secure opportunities with new business partners.

The successful applicants responsibilities will include but not restricted to:

  • Developing & implementing sales strategy and identifying effective marketing opportunities. *Regularly update business development plan with targeted goals, methodology, outcomes and timelines to achieve annual budget goals.
  • Drive opportunities by targeting prospects, identifying needs, scoping, proposal development ,
    presentation and sale.
  • Maintain internal sales platform and data base.
  • Generate positive industry awareness of the organization and it's services.
  • Contribute to the development of financial and capacity outlook.

Reporting the General Manager N.Z the Business Development Manager will work collaboratively with our experienced Operations team at regional and national level to achieve innovative , cost effective solutions cleaning and hygiene solutions.

To be effective in this role we envisage the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a successful background in production, compliance or quality management in a large scale food processing environment, industrial cleaning operations or sales into these industries. Exposure to engineering solutions would be well received but not essential.

The role may be based in Auckland however other NZ locations will be considered . The successful applicant will have the ability to work autonomously while maintaining high levels of productivity. Travel throughout NZ will be required.
