We are looking for a motivated Mowing Operator to join our St Johns based team. If you enjoy working outdoors and making a difference to your environment, then this is your dream job.
About the role
You will be part of a team maintaining our clients’ green spaces. Tasks will be varied and will include:
- Operating a ride on Mower,
- Weed eating,
- Spraying and scrub cutting,
- Cleaning of gear and equipment including vehicle fleet after use.
Hours of work will be 7.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday with overtime when required.
About you
The successful person will have:
- Previous experience operating a ride on mower highly beneficial,
- Relevant experience in one or more of weed-eating, mowing, gardening or section clearing,
- Full Class 1 drivers licence essential and ability to drive a manual vehicle, class 2 is beneficial,
- Knowledge of how to operate Vegetation control equipment,
- Be physically fit and mobile, able to do physical work,
- Have a commitment to health and safety,
- Growsafe Certificate would be an advantage.
