Role Responsibilities:

-Supporting experienced field crews on real world projects.

-Getting hands on with tools, machinery, and technical drawings.

-Learning how to plan, scope, and deliver infrastructure jobs safely and efficiently.

-Contributing ideas and solutions you won't be just "the new guy".

-Making sure all work and gear meets top safety and quality standards.

-Interacting with a wide range of people from engineers and contractors to customers and council teams.

About You:

-A genuine interest in working in the trades or infrastructure field.

-A great attitude reliable, positive, and always open to learning.

-Good attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions.

-A commitment to working safely everyone goes home safe, every day.

-Some experience or exposure to tools, machinery or technical work is a bonus, but not a must.
