The Role We’re on the hunt for a hard-working, safety-conscious professional to join the fast-paced Crossdock team in our Seaview Branch.
If you thrive in a team environment, have a keen eye for detail, can handle freight with care and efficiency, and take pride in doing things right — we’d love to have you on board!
Hours are typically 8.00am to 6.30pm with some flexibility required.
What you'll be doing:
- Safely loading and unloading trucks and containers with speed and accuracy
- Working closely with drivers, warehouse staff and planning teams
- Keeping everything running smoothly and on time
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive forklift driving experience in a high-volume controlled operation.
- Experience and confidence in loading/unloading trucks and containers.
- OSH Forklift licence essential
- F endorsement highly regarded
- Good counting and mathematical skills.
- Experience in checking consignments for damage and correct quantities.
- Competence in completing paperwork and keeping in clean and tidy order.
- You’ll be tech savvy with the ability to learn new technology.
- Commitment to health and safety.
- Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
- Must be fit, healthy and drug free and able to pass pre-employment medical and drug tests.
