Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of medical supplies and equipement
* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against delivery notes and purchase orders.
* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of stock in line with safety and hygiene standards
* Record and update stock movements using inventory management systems or software.
* Conduct regular stock counts and audits, identifying discrepancies and reporting issues.
* Liaise with procurement, clinical staff, and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of critical items.
* Assist in implementing and improving inventory control processes and systems.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control and cold chain management where necessary.
- Work Monday to Friday 7am - 330pm
