Our Hastings-based client is looking for a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Driver to join their team. This role involves operating a large-scale forklift, so a Class 2 driver's license is essential. This is a physically demanding position, ideal for someone fit, committed, and ready to work for at least five months, with the potential for ongoing employment for the right candidate.

Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
(Start Date: Mid-July | Duration: 5+ Months)
Payrate:
$31.05 p/h
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate large-scale forklifts to assist production
- Support general production tasks
- Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures
- Remain alert and aware around machinery in active work zones
What We're Looking For:
- OSH Forklift Licence and Class 2 Driver's Licence and F endorsement (required)
- MPI accreditation is beneficial
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet
- A team player with a positive, friendly attitude
- Able to pass: A pre-employment drug test
- Able to pass a Ministry of Justice background check
- Must provide two professional references
- Must have legal rights to work in New Zealand
