Custom Built Products:

Custom built products are not started until payment is received and are made in order of payment. Please ensure if you have a custom built item your product details are sent to us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please include a contact telephone number also.

Custom Built Arrows – Arrows that require building may take up to 2 - 6 days in peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (weather affecting adhesion) we allow 2 - 6 days in the event that arrows may need to be restarted.

Bow Packages – Bow Packages are built and paper tuned to the information we are given; the bow will still need to be sighted by each individual. We don’t recommend adjusting your bow yourself as this will detune your equipment. We are limited to the information we are given so if in doubt about any specifications please contact us and we can help you. Bow packages can take longer to put together in peak season but generally we aim for a maximum of 1 - 3 days to build a bow package.

We won’t supply crossbows to anyone under the age of 18 and may require proof of age to be faxed emailed or supplied, we also reserve the right to decline sales of crossbows at our discretion – in this event you will be refunded immediately. 

Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied to Archery Direct is considered private and confidential.

Feedback is placed once feedback has been received, due to the volume of product we sell we place feedback as often as we can however this can take up to a week. Please don’t panic we always place feedback.

Our products should always be used in accordance with the Law, Archery Direct will not be held accountable for injuries caused to yourself of others due to improper or unsafe use of their products.
