Purchasing with us is extremely straight forward however sometimes you have questions, so here are the most frequently asked questions.
Orders
Can I collect my purchase instead?
Sorry, we are an online store only and all purchases are sent via freight to you.
Why does my item(s) have no packaging?
Since we typically purchase our stock in bulk, the items are usually combined into one package – this is generally typical with our genuine OEM vehicle products.
Shipping
Which freight companies do you use?
Currently we use CourierPost and Mainfreight however on a rare occasion, we may use another company.
Do you combine freight?
We combine freight on multiple item purchases e.g. If you purchase 2 x ‘GENUINE BOLT’ on the same auction during the same order/purchase.
What are your delivery times?
If you are in a central city then it will take between 1 – 3 days however if you are rural (based on the freight companies ruling) or have purchased an item(s) considered bulk, please allow 5 – 7 days.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, please let us know your location (country only) and we can get a quote for you.
Warranty
What is the warranty on the item I purchased?
We pass on all and any terms and conditions given by the brand themselves and follow their warranty period lengths.
Do you offer an extended warranty?
Currently we do not offer this service.

How do I return this item to you?

How will you refund my purchase when a return has been approved?
The method in which you paid e.g., if you paid using Ping by Trade Me, a refund will be given via that method.
