| | Bid for the door in October and won advised that the door will be available end of November. Emailed for update today as still no door, advised stock will be arriving 15th December. Because I have this door scheduled for my renovation and I’ve paid for it along with the freight cost….not overly happy |

| | Sale not completed by me due to the extremely inefficient seller and staff. Tried to charge me over $1000 more than price. Despite having made it a condition of my offer BEFORE BIDDING that their Wellington store was where I was buying from, tried to say it wasn't available there and would have to come from Auckland at extra cost. I rejected the offer. They then started offering to honour original price but by then I didn't trust them and bought elsewhere.
Very bad customer service. |
| | trader responded: | 7/10/25 |
| |
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We regret the misunderstanding regarding branch availability and pricing. Our intention was never to overcharge; the price difference was due to stock being in Auckland rather than Wellington. The invoice included freight, quoted by a third-party freight company. We offered to honor the original price, but we also understand your decision. We’ll work on improving communication to prevent similar issues. |
