| | Sale not completed by me due to the extremely inefficient seller and staff. Tried to charge me over $1000 more than price. Despite having made it a condition of my offer BEFORE BIDDING that their Wellington store was where I was buying from, tried to say it wasn't available there and would have to come from Auckland at extra cost. I rejected the offer. They then started offering to honour original price but by then I didn't trust them and bought elsewhere.

Our intention was never to overcharge; the price difference was due to stock being in Auckland rather than Wellington. The invoice included freight, quoted by a third-party freight company. We offered to honor the original price, but we also understand your decision. We’ll work on improving communication to prevent similar issues. |
