Despite having made it a condition of my offer BEFORE BIDDING that their Wellington store was where I was buying from, tried to say it wasn't available there and would have to come from Auckland at extra cost. I rejected the offer. They then started offering to honour original price but by then I didn't trust them and bought elsewhere. Very bad customer service.
