| | The misleading advertising in mobile version of Trade Me resulted in me buying chairs with horrible golden legs. The communication with management lead me to believe that I will get a refund, instead, after a lot of waiting and emails, I was given a credit which I struggled to use as there isn’t much of anything I liked in the shop. They admitted that miscommunication was from their end, and regretted that the photos were not of the product they sold me. But, still refused to refund. |

| | We understand your comment, but complaint should be on facts. The fact is it clearly stated in description of the listing that only golden legs are available in stock and black legs are out of stock. Description stated clearly this chair is clearance sale item, so no return. When your husband came to pick up the chairs, we checked and confirmed all details with him. Besides all the facts, in the end we stilled agreed you can change to other chairs. We sincerely apologized for the issue. |

| | I received a piece of furniture that was not the one listed. The paint colour had green tones not gold and the detail in the painted pics were inferior. I tried to reason with them but they persisted in saying it was the exact piece listed. I have proof otherwise, pics speak volumes. A boat on one i bought just a smudge on one i received. Dishonest! |
