| | All the photos for these chairs showed them to have black legs. My email confirmation stated 'with black legs' but the small print on their ad said 'gold legs' and I missed that. JSI declined to replace without charging me for the black legs and declined to refund the costs and freight charges. Not good customer care. |

If we were aware you want black legs, we certainly shouldn't have sent golden legs to you. When you asked for refund of the chairs, we offered you can return the chairs to us for refund but we won't refund the already existing freight cost as we think we've done nothing wrong in whole transaction. Your understanding will be highly appreciated. |
